Q: Dear Sir, Actually i am doing my Phd from a top business school in India.My research area engulfs organisational structures,culture power distance etc .I am in the presynopsis stage of my phd and thus I am basically intersted to work in the area of organisational structuring ,organisational development etc. I'd appreciate any tips or advice you may have for me. Can you think of a way to get into the line of organisational structuring ? Or any other suggestions? Thanks a lot for your help.I am lately working as a manager HR in a publication start up.
