I want to shift my career from purely technical job to technical plus managerial job and hence want to join KPO industry. Is this option good for me? What is the future prospectus in this industry? I am B.Tech in Electronics & Comm. and presently working in a MNC as a service engineer from the past two years. I am also completing my PGDBA (operations)correspondence course in operations this year. Please advice.
