sanctioned intake.

All India Category Seats (AIC): 15% of the sanctioned intake (seats) in the Departments of Universities and all affiliated institutions shall comprise All India Category.

In the light of judgment delivered by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Dr. Pradeep Jain vs. Union of India and others reported as AIR 1984-SC- 1421, wherein it has been held that instead of the word ‘Domicile’ the word ‘Resident’ be used in the
instructions issued by the State Government and it has been decided to revise the Government
instructions.
