I am a second year computer science engineeringg student at VIT, Vellore. How do I go about looking for a renowned company to carry out my summer training next summer?

1.What are your specific career interests?
2.Why do you want an internship -- and what do you hope to gain from it?
3. What type of organization are you interested in? (Software companies, research organization, Telecom, Embedded/VLSI etc.)
4.Where do you want to have your internship? (Location)
5. Will you consider both paid and nonpaid internships?
Get yourself official permission from your college authority before applying to HR dept of different companies (through website/Fax/Tecon with HR person)
