mtech course in atmospheric sciences and meterology

Name: vignesh
Q: hello,i am doing my final year in electrical and electronics engineering. I want to do an mtech course as in a subject like atmospheric sciences and meterology. So is my basic degree enough for this. Also do suggest other mtech courses, I would prefer a theoritical subject with less maths, i dont mind electronics involvement. Also give me the list of the colleges other than IIT's and NIT's. Please do help.
