I'm a fresher-2005 graduate done B.E. (ECE) having 79.6% aggr. in xth 61.2% and in 12th 64.7%. I'm searching for a job in telecomm industry or in software side. I'm applying but not getting calls as much as others aregetting. I have faced 2-3 interviews but got rejected in Tech round orHR. Plz help me in my job hunt, that how to do?
