I have done my diploma in computer science from Mangalore university in 2000. Currently i am working for a call center in Navi Mumbai. I dont forsee any growth in this industry nor does the future appear to be stable. I am seriously looking at a stable career. I am interested in IT and management fields. Please assist me in choosing a particular field and how to start with it.

There are definite growth prospects. Research result of major leading consultant shows there will be more outsourcing & continous change in BPO industry.
But from individual perspective, if you are not satisfied with the work profile,culture or timing you can always go for career in software/networking/telecom etc.
