I want to shift to IT related field specially in networking and hardware by doing some course

Message: Sir by qualification I am an electrical engg. but I am working
as electronic engg. in MNC in field of seismic exploration.I am not
certisfied on my job because they give me to do less work and dont give
me useful work. I am always felling frustration on my job. so i want to
shift to IT related field specially in networking and hardware by doing
some course.Please give me sugession about my career choice and also
tell me about some professional course for geting job easily because i
am belong to a midddle class family so i can't afford money more.Plese
