I have completed my PG in forensic science 2002 from Osmania.i have got two years of research experince in immunology(2002-2004). then i have two years of teaching experience for post graduation for biotech .. i am inteerested in doing Phd at abroad in biotech.. whether am i eligible to do so..please give me a proper advice how to go about in doing
