I am a mechanical n automation engineer, currently working with delphi packard, gurgaon as a Production engineer. Iam also doing MBA parttime from IMI, delhi.I wanted to know in which field should i move on. Whether to take operations as a specalization field or any other stream.What will be my career growth. Please help me out
