A: The general eligibility criteria is: Candidates who have passed B.Sc. (MPC/MPE) or an equivalent degree with Physics and Mathematics as two equivalent optionals
The Government of India has authorised 11 universities and institutions to start nano courses from this session. Out of these, three universities will start an M.Sc nano course, whereas others will start an M.Tech nano science and technology course.

Can I do B.tech in any field and then opt for nanotech at postgraduation level...
If yes, please tell me in the field in which I may do B.tech.
Can it be IT, CS or ECE?
