Suffering from acute myopia, Can i apply for the IAS, IPS

Q: Dear sir Many students like me are suffering from acute myopia. I
have -10 dioptres in both the eyes which is correctable by glasses
upto 6/9.
Can i apply for the
1.IAS
2.IPS exams.
Also can i apply for the
Indian engeneering services and Indian forest services exam.
