Career choice - hr recruiter
I am doing hr recruiter work in a reputed consultant company. What ever the hr role will be, is it better to go for any consultant companies or other pvt companies.
Recruitment is emerging as a niche role within the HR function. You could grow as a recruiter in a placement consultant firm or a head hunter in a search firm. Alternately, you could join a company and work as a recruiter. All depends on whether you are only interested in the recruitment sub-function of HR or want to explore non-recruitment roles as well.
